Last Christmas ❤
This is my first entry for my newly made blog: Victorious Bio. I have always wanted to make a blog before, but I don't know how and I'm always busy. So now that I have one, I'm really glad to start it up (btw, its hard to make a title name... everything I tried were already used). :D
This blog sums up my Paskong Pagkalinga 2014, De Lasalle University-Dasmariñas CPM Christmas Party Experience.
The advocacy of the event is to let us Campus peer ministers of the university, be gathered together this Christmas season to give love and joy to the poorest of the poor.
Manong Ben a disabled rug vendor with his son Benjie was our beneficiary for our team, Oh my Goodness (team Goodness). We found him days prior the party, selling rugs in the middle of the road and heat to jeepney drivers.

Before the celebration and party itself, I was not much familliar to the faces of my teammates, for they are mostly new members of CPM from other Ministries.
That's why at first I felt shy towards my team, but as the eldest I tried my best to approach and be closer to them.
We toured Manong Ben and Benjie around the campus to let them see what's inside our gigantic university in Dasmariñas, what does it look like...
Yes to Photo ops..

Hoho, excuse my troll face...It was such a surprise; they were not able to record it...phew 😉success!
But I was also surprised by myself...💪hahaha
We had fun in the Bingo game where I almost won everytime but did not.
I also had the chance to have selfies with some of my dear co-Cpms.

In this activity, I was able to realize just how blessed we are and at the same time how to be a blessing to others too.
I know it is not only Manong Ben who's happy and delighted, but we too who brought joy to him.

This last selfie was with Manong Ben And Jen when we took him back to his home...
I saw in his eyes the happiness he felt not only because of the gifts we gave him, but for our sincerity to be with him, to be his company.
It was such a nice experience. I've been to previous Christmas parties of our organization, but it didn't fail me every time giving realizations, of how despite of some difficulties, I am always and truly blessed. Blessed not only with material things, but of the good people surrounding me; and that I can share it to.
I chose to write this Christmas experience as my first blog despite of me doing it rush and late; and not knowing blog technicalities, because I want to keep it with me, and be remembered every time I scroll in this page; To keep me reminded of how beautiful receiving and giving blessings are.
It was the most wonderful time of the year.
I won't make this post any more longer, because It was quite lengthy na...
Thank you for reading my first blog!! Happy New Year everyone!! ♡☆
I enjoyed making this, because of that I'll be posting my next blog real soon... Stay tune. ;)
