Color Run Craze: Run to help, help for fun. My First Fun Run Experience.

9:53 PM

Hello everyone! I actually don't know how to begin this post with, but I'm still pumped up and energized after the fun run 2 days ago.

Color Run Craze is a partnership project of De La Salle Health Science Institute and De La Salle University Dasmariñas with a cause. I believe the money raised will be given to patients who need to undergo surgery (I forgot the specific surgical treatment).

It was a nice move for the universities to have this program. As for me, it was a pleasant feeling to be able to help, at the same time have fun and run... for I've always wanted to join fun runs but most of it are always held in Metro Manila.
Also it is quite costly, that’s why I procrastinate joining. hihihi

But now it came close to us, it was even endorsed by our professor and is for a good cause, that’s why I happily joined.

(Prior the run when we still looked fresh hahaha)

Actually we only joined 3K. We never thought it would be so much fun. T.T hoped that we had 5K

The 3 of us took selfies every time we had an opportunity. We wanted to win the selfie contest. Hahaha ;)

(At the bridge outside the university going back...)

Mini clip with She's dating the gangster cast... lol

We were also able to apply the lessons we've got from a campus minister on proper running.
Thanks kuya Mervs!!

It started and finished at DLSU-D Grandstand.
We finished early that's why we had ample time for photo ops in the track and field.

Failed jump shot!

After the event we queu for almost 30 minutes just to get our baggage.

Cleaning time, using Sean's sterile bandages... sayang hahaha
I think that' s all... thank you for painstakingly reading this post...

We had real fun and was revitalized because of this collaborative effort of DLSHSI and DLSU-D. I hope that they'll have more projects and fund raising projects like this in the future. I believe that  it will surely be supported by the Lasallian community.
Animo La Salle!
